FEBRUARY 24, 2023 - TAX DEADLINE EXTENDED TO OCT. 16, 2023

Due to the recent storms, the IRS and the CA Franchise Tax Board have extended the tax filing deadline for all but 7 CA counties.  Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, Butte, and Sacramento are a few that ARE EXTENDED to OCT 16, 2023.

FEBRUARY 10, 2023

The IRS issued new guidance today. The CA Middle Class Tax Refund will NOT be taxable on your Federal or State Income Tax Returns.

JANUARY 17, 2023 - TAX DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 15, 2023 FOR MOST CA COUNTIES

Due to the recent storms, the IRS and the CA Franchise Tax Board have extended the tax filing deadline for most CA counties.  Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, El Dorado, Sacramento, and Yolo counties to name a few.  Butte and Nevada counties are NOT included in this list.  For the full list of counties go to:

JANUARY 16, 2023- IRS BEGINS ACCEPTING 2022 BUSINESS and Individual TAX RETURNS

The IRS will begin accepting business and individual tax returns as early as January 23, 2023.

1095A

Don't forget to bring in your 1095A form if you had Covered California. This is a required form to file your taxes.
