TL/DR: Those who had their fees withheld from refund, did so through EPS. EPS instead of accepting Stimulus checks sent them back to IRS. We had no control and can not reverse their decision :( So those stimulus checks will be delayed. They will be mailed to your address.

If you have not previously given the IRS your direct deposit information, you will be able to enter your direct deposit information as well. You will need to have a copy of your most recently filed tax return in order to complete the direct deposit request.

At this time, there is no link to update/correct your direct deposit information. The IRS plans to mail a letter about the economic impact payment to the taxpayer’s last known address within 15 days of when they try to make the payment. The letter will provide information on how the payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the payment.

Please note that although our office will be closed Thursday, April 16 through Friday, April 24, 2020, we will still be following this ongoing situation and we will continue to provide updates as they become available.
